Church and Public Relations
Works to build relationships within the Christian Church
(Disciples of Christ), the larger church, general public and individuals through marketing
and publicity.
Development Committee
Works to build relationships with individuals who are
interested in Christmount and further its ministry through the development and oversight
of fund raising activities in the area of the annual fund (Patrons Association), capital
campaigns, and planned giving.
Finance
Works with the Executive Director to prepare and monitor the
annual operating budget.
Personnel
Works with the Executive Director in all matters concerning
personnel and to evaluate the Personnel Manual. This committee is limited in number to
encourage employees to bring concerns to the committee as needed. Committee members should
have experience in personnel.
Program
Works to evaluate existing Christmount sponsored programs and
develop new ones.
Property and Land
Works to monitor the relationship with property owners,
monitoring of the property owners covenant and evaluate Christmount hiking trails,
boundary lines and buildings.
