Thank you for your leadership and vision for our children. It was well noticed and received. I mean, I felt as if you really wanted me to have some time for me, and you took care of everything for Chelley. I have never had that happen to me before, and I am going to do my best to start saving right now for next year. Christmount and their camp staff have truly shown me the love of Christ, which to me is so rarely seen especially when it comes to Chelley. Society pretty much ignores that Chelley exists, and she is not shown love by most people. What a nice change to experience God's love in Black Mountain. Camp Lakey Gap has become a special place to my daughter and a safe place she especially looks forward to attending when possible. The weeks leading up to her arrival at camp are filled with joyful anticipation of the fun and love she knows she will experience there with the staff, counselors, and fellow campers. As her parent, not only do I enjoy experiencing her excitement, I rest assured knowing the professional and nurturing hands I will be leaving her in.
